RMA Service

Our "No Hassles" RMA Program offers the ultimate standard in post- sale customer protection. It simply works as follows:

A credit will be issued for any product that is dead on arrival, mis-shipped or technically impaired within the first 20 days of shipment. Here, we also cover return freight charges.

After the 20th day of shipment, the customer is automatically covered by the manufacturer's warranty & should contact manufacturer directly. For more information click on "Technical Support".

A restocking fee of 20% will apply for returns other than reasons mentioned above & certain vendor specific situations. This also applies to situations where customer software applications result in an otherwise fully functional product's technical impairment..
